- Eel serum has action over the Blood, Kidney, Liver and heart
- Aalserum is useful in complaints of Albuminuria and hence helps in arresting it at the same time
- It helps with Difficult urination, and difficulty breathing
- Aalserum is useful in cardiac complaints without swelling in the body
- Complaints of the kidney associated with a heart after an attack of infection, cold or intoxication are checked well with Aalserum

Renal symptoms:
- The remedy is useful to reduce the passage of protein in the urine
- Aalserum helps to improve the flow of urine, the complaints of less urine passage or limited flow are reduced and help in urination

Dosage and Rules while taking Dr. Reckeweg Aalserum
- Take 5 drops in half a cup of water three times a day
- You can also medicate the globules and take them 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician

Precautions to be taken while using Dr. Reckeweg Aalserum
- Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine
- If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a homoeopathic practitioner before use
