BANNER STAMPING WORKS RELIANCE 99% PURE INDESTRUCTIBLE ALUMINUM No. 11 

I  would guess this dates to the 1940's or before.

Item is about 6" tall and around 2.5 inches in diameter at the bottomand maybe 4 inches in diameter at the largest point.

This has some wear such as the age of item would expect, I don’t see any dents.
