Large canister with lid is approximately 9 inches tall, The base is 5 inches around, the second tallest canister with lid is approximately 8 inches tall with a base of 4 1/2 inches around, third largest is approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches around and the smallest canister is 5 1/2 inches tall with a base of 3 inches.
