Ingredients:
Magnesium oxide, capsule (gelatin, colorant: e172(iii)), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium salt of uridine-5-monophosphate, ginseng extract (Panax ginseng), nicotinamide, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
Instructions for use:
For adults - 1 capsule daily, swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of water. For optimal effect, longer use (3 months) is recommended. The course can be repeated after a break of 1 month.
Attention:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle!

Contraindications:
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Attention:
In people with diabetes, it can lower blood sugar.
If surgery is required, stop using the product at least 2 weeks before.
Take with care and under medical supervision when taking anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin).
It is not recommended for people suffering from autoimmune diseases.
It can slightly affect the heart rate and increase blood pressure in the first days of use.
