It has  never been used, but is old, so i guess it  is new/old.

It measures 18 inches long, and 3 1/2 across the part that attaches to the carrier.

i don't know if they are for pie or cake, i can't remember, you will have to measure your item.

handle is clear.

I think it might be the one for the pie taker because it is the shorter of the two straps Tupperware made.
