Outer box shows age I'm not sure what came with this originally so not sure if complete. The bulb come on when I touch certain metal items on board but doesn't come on for everything. Not really sure what your suppose to do with it so I might be doing something wrong. Battery terminal very clean and all wires are connected. Actually there is more graphics under the graphics on top of box lid.
