The binder is green hardcover cloth boards with gilt writing. The cover shows signs of general wear and soiling.  The front end page of the biner has previous owner information.  The binder hinge / rings show signs of rust.  The pamphlets are all intact and complete, but exhibits signs of age, wear, folds / wrinkles, and some markings.

This is a rare format.
