.....This book is not new, but is in good shape. The binding is in great shape, meaning it's not coming apart. The cover is good besides worn marks around the edges and a few stains in places. The pages are very sturdy. There is yellowing a little from age, especially around the edges of the pages, there are age marks. Someone wrote their information on the first page, too. Look at all the photos for any reference.
