This Ty Heartley Plush Beanie Baby Bear was issued in 2008.  She is pink plush with red hearts designs on the plush.  She is also wearing a brown satin ribbon around her neck that has '2009' lettering around it.

This bear is in new condition with the original tush & ear swing tag.
