Condition is as shown. I am unskilled in grading such items but: There is some cover and seam wear as shown. It has a name and date along with a 1" mendable tear at the bottom and a slight tear at the top. Slightly broken spine as shown. No loose pages, dog-eared corners or severe wear other than what's been shown.
