Shows the 7 Dwarfs doing a pyramid with Dopey balancing on one leg at the top. To the side of the dwarfs is the number 7 and just beneath it says Service Guidelines. The Card it comes on Says "Thank you for delivering exceptional guest service by demonstrating the 7 Service Guidelines" On the back it says Walt Disney World Resort Cast Recognition Exclusive. The 7 Service Guidelines are: 1. Make eye contact and smile. 2. Greet and welcome each and every guest. 3. Seek out guest contact. 4. Provide immediate service recovery. 5. Display appropriate body language. 6. Preserve the magical guest experience. 7. Thank each and every guest. This gold-finished, textured-back pin measures 1 3/4" tall by 1 1/4" wide. The backstamp pin trading logo indicates the year the pin is presented. It is also stamped, "©DISNEY-CHINA-Walt Disney World® Resort-Cast Recognition Exclusive". Great pin!
