Tie Tack US Marine Corp Silver Tie-Tack Vintage (#6197) It measures approximately 5/8 inches long & is ½ inch wide. I think there is some lettering around the needle on the back, but I cannot make it out.  I have no idea what the material is. No markings. It is in very good condition.
