Jepson, a prolific mystery author of KEEP MURDER QUIET and bountiful screenplay writer is most well-remembered for his novel MAN RUNNING that was adapted to the Hitchcock film 'Stage Fright'.

A nicely preserved scarce first edition, that was later reprinted by Grosset & Dunlap.

Minor, small light abrasions to the end-papers, a touch of rub-wear to the corner tips and to the upper and lower spine edges, else sturdy and very good in polished gray linen with black embossed titles to the front cover and to the spine; lacking a dust jacket.
