Painting is new/unused in original protective plastic. Plastic has shelf wear, scuffing, and tears on the edges. Edges of mat boards have been squished and bent by protective plastic. Entire outer dimensions of mat are approximately 14 5/8" long by 13 1/8" wide. Dimensions of innermost window of mat are approximately 8.75" long by 6 15/16" wide. See photos for more detail.
