Great to deconstruct/break-up and reassemble different ways if you are crafty. I used these often when I used to make dollhouse miniatures 15 years ago. They can be painted, decopauged, etc. Is there a tea lover in your life? Decorate one with miniatures related to tea drinking such as little jars of tea, teacups, teapots, flowers, etc. Or a bakery/sweet hutch: plates and platters of desserts. Make a garden/flower shop hutch: decorate with plants and flowers and the accessories that go with. Make one with all the miniature THINGS of the collector in your life: think Mother's Day, Father's Day, Birthdays, etc. They can be painted/stained/distressed/crackled. The possibilities are endless with these.
