DEF Level sensor Simulator ( Digital )
Make sure that before you unplug your def level sensor that the ignition is turned off, then unplug your def level Tank sensor. Locate the connector for the DEF level sensor.
2. Plug the DEF ByPass Tool into the connection to your chassis wiring where the def Level sensor was plugged in. Should be 4 pin Deutsch male. If the connector is TE brand then its supplied in this kit (Freightliner) UPON REQUEST
3. Turn on your ignition, some or all of the fault codes should go away and the Check Engine and MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) lights should extinguish within a few minutes.

THIS TOOL DOES NOT DELETE OR STOP THE EMMISSION SYSTEM FROM WORKING
In FACT it works normal tail pipe output is no different from the OEM in tank sensor.
You will have the ability to make your TRIP without worry. Tool provides simulated DEF tank level so you must keep it full..

All DEF sensors are tested. We have also tested these in -30 C and The use of the OEM outside temp sensor drives the heating system on the DEF tank. So the Heating lines and in tank heaters work normal.
