The slip case is scuffed and  shows wear with a tear of about 5 inches on one bottom section.

Volume 1 is in excellent condition, with an inscription on the fixed end paper.

Volume 2 has an inscription on the fixed end paper. Binding is loose and torn at the title page and previous owner has taped the pages to keep it intact. Please look at the pictures. The rest of the volume is in great condition.
