No holes. Has 2 front pockets, one inner front pocket, and 2 back pockets.  Inseam is 24.5 inches (the tag says 30 inches, but when I measure it with a measuring tape, I get 24.5). The whole length of the pants from waist to bottom is 35.5 inches. Waist is 28 inches (the tag says 30 inches, but when I measure it with a measuring tape, I get 28, however the material does stretch a bit). Made of cotton, polyester, and elastane. It fastens with a zipper and a button. There is a faint mark on the upper left thigh as shown in the second picture.
