Top only. Lightly padded bra area. Adjustable straps. Made of nylon, spandex, and polyester. Measures 14 inches long in the back (not including straps). Half of the tie that should have been in the front is accidentally sewn into the inside front as shown in the last picture. Therefore, only half the tie is in the front as shown in the second picture.
