You will receive 15 clean bags without holes. Designs on the bags may differ from the ones shown in the picture, but they will all be white with red writing. The bags will be wrinkled. Approximate outside measurements are:
Across the top: 18 inches
Across the bottom: 11 inches
Tall (without handle): 13 inches
Handles measure: 5.5 inches tall
Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. I re-use mailing envelopes, boxes, and packing material in order to keep my prices low.
