My shop name is winebeerglasses, same as my former Etsy shop (see the last image). I have a perfect 5-star customer rating from my buyers at Etsy for five years. I left Etsy because Etsy's customer support is unbearable. I decided to migrate to Bonanza.
I build and restore vintage automatic watches as a hobby using my knowledge in precision engineering and aesthetics. All my watches are freshly lubricated, timegrapher regulated, and cleaned to restore the pleasure of wearing a vintage watch with its full functionalities and timing performance.
I do not use Chinese-made parts, even the spring bars are Swiss Made.
This particular watch is the one which surprises me when I finished. The blue ring I added to the dial crated such an interesting optical illusion. Depending on the angle, the blue ring could be as thing as hair, as thick as a stripe, or double-ringed. The light blue and the dark black accompany each other. The dial is a rare, authentic Rado Florence. Black face with gold hour marks. Swiss made case is 40 mm across and 42 mm lug to lug. The movement is a little wonder made by A. Schild and signed Le Gran. Italy-made leather strap.
I DO NOT use any parts from China, which are cheap, plentiful, and sub-quality.
After I finished it, I kept it in my personal collection, not willing to list on Etsy. With my personal collection grows a little too big, I decided to let people have a chance to enjoy this one.
As in any vintage watches, keep it from water. NOT water resistant!!!
The sale is final. But I will offer free maintenance for three month. The buyer only pay one way shipping to me if service is needed. I will repair it and ship it back for free.
It is time to wear something different against the onslaught of electronics. In terms of the art of mechanical design, 60s and 70s were the peak. After that, it is all half electronics or full electronics.
