There is a 5/16" vertical tear along the front lower spine edge, plus a 3/16" vertical tear along the rear lower spine edge -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, browning pages, indentations, rub-wear, soiling, etc -- lower spine leans slightly to the right, but upper spine shows NO lean -- NO top to bottom spine crease, but 1 side-to-side crease, plus 1 partial side crease -- inside front cover has blue marker line -- overall condition Good Minus
