This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "AR", with no indication of the aircraft type. It measures about 19 1/4" in overall length. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
