Aircraft Part 500087-9 Mount

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is not tagged as to the condition status or the aircraft type. It measures about 5 1/2" x 6". I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
