This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It came in a large container of many new parts. It looks like it might be a new assembly of cable and connectors that was set up for a specific use. We have not been able to find the application of this unit. It could be taken apart and repurposed. Please check the pictures carefully. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
