This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It came with some Zeiss microscope items, but this unit is not marked as to the brand or model number. It is in very good cosmetic condition. It may be a new spare part, but we can not guarantee that. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
