Aircraft Part 4623013-3 Isolation Mount Side Housing

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "As removed not inspected" with no aircraft type indicated. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
