Processing Telecom Model 5000 Modem Test Set

This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It powers on and we can change the displays with the buttons. We are not able to test it further. It does not come with any cables or accessories. The label on the back also reads, "Phoenix Microsystems". It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
