This item was purchased from an inventory reduction sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good condition, but it is missing the intensity knob and also missing a foot from the bottom (see pictures). We were able to power it on (power supply not included), and both the lights and intensity control work. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
