This was surplus from a community college.  It powers on and it had a green tag on it from the college which from my experience means that it was determined to be a working unit.  We don't have the cables or components to be able to test this further.  It has some scratches and scuffs on the top but is otherwise in good cosmetic condition. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
