Item description for Opti-Quip 1500 Power Supply

This is a used item. It shows 4591 hours on the meter. This unit powers on and the light comes on. We can change the needle position on the meter by turning the knobs. When this unit is powered on there is a fairly continual ticking sound inside of the case and also a louder click sound every 30 seconds or so. We are not able to test this unit further. It only comes with what I shown in the pictures.
