This item is used and it is in good cosmetic condition. It is marked 'RGB dimmer". One of the options is for "speed" so it must be for moving LED lighting. We powered it on with a shop power supply (not included), The display first reads "WELCOME TUBELED1 V1.0". The buttons make it go to other screens and there are no error messages. It has no further testing and doesn't have any cables or accessories. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
