This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. Many of the items from this purchase turned out to be new items that were kept as spares. This unit is new out of the box with light shelf wear. It is also marked, "with temp-compensator, Dir. BK 177667". It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. I have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will also be new.
