This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition with just normal wear. It powers on and the lights come on. We are not able to test it further. It does not come with any cables, accessories, or software. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. We have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition.
