This cylinder was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It looks like it may be new with a lot of shelf wear, but we can not guarantee that it is new. The threads are 3/4"-16. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
