Piper Aircraft 54410-002 Bracket

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "AR, PA-31T-138, C-GNWD". It measures about 3 7/8" in overall length. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
