This item was purchased from an aviation inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is new and came in a sealed package. We only opened it for inspection and to take the pictures. It measures about 2 1/2" square and the inside diameter of the tube is about 1 7/16". It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
