07D80086 NO2 Radio Mounting Bracket Bendix?

This bracket was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in very good cosmetic condition. We found this model listed as a Bendix brand item, but this unit is not marked. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
