This cylinder was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. It is also marked, "VD000609 T TV113418-A". We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is not marked Parker, but it looks like a Parker cylinder and the part number is a Parker number. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
