MOUSE MELON aka Mexican sour gherkin, Cucamelon, Sandita. Miniature ( 2" ) oval melons look like tiny watermelons and are surprisingly crunchy, with a refreshing tart taste that's somewhere between cucumber and fava beans. Great for pickles, stir fries, fresh salads or raw with a dip. These little melons grow on a climbing vine that are ideal for growing on a fence, trellis in containers or the garden. Mouse Melons are virtually carefree, grow fast, have good disease resistance, extremely high yields and are extremely easy-to-grow. About 60 days for first melons. 20+ seeds per order.
