This year, no fewer than 280 decked out, dressed-up vehicles rolled past a crowd of 200,000 in the seventeenth incarnation of the "mobile art" parade, a sort of springtime Halloween for cars There was a Suzuki made over as a washing machine, a bumblebee go-kart, and a Rav SUV tricked out as a hippopotamus.
