Once opened, you are accepting the product and may not return it. Return shipping as well as original shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages are my responsibility up until tracking shows they were delivered. Once tracking shows "delivered," you are responsible for making sure your item does not sit outside where it can get stolen. I always recommend having your item(s) held for pickup from your local post office to avoid any theft. If your item arrives damaged from being mistreated, you must notify me the same day that tracking shows the item was delivered.
