NOTE THE TRIGGER PULLS BACK THE PIECE THAT HOLDS SPRING LAUNCH TOP AND BOTTOM IN PLACE - YOU MUST PULL TRIGGER  BACK TO SECURE PINK TOP & BOTTOM - YOU WILL HEAR A CLICK - TOP AND BOTTOM MUST BE CLOSED TIGHTLY IN ORDER FOR IT TO LAUNCH 

pull trigger to open launch - put bottom tray back down - pull trigger back - til it clicks, insert 1 to 4 cupids, pull trigger back & close top til it clicks shut - release trigger - now ready to launch - it does not launch them 1 by 1 - rather it launches the number that are lined up inside
