Gap Striped Mini Skirt Size 8.  There are no fiber content tags in this skirt, but it feels like a woven cotton blend. Waistband measures 28”. Hips are 34”. Total length from the top of the waistband to hem is 16”. This is a small size 8 as it fits our size 4 manikin. Please go by measurements.
