You are buying a christmas decoration.  It is a greenhouse by workbench.  It is out of the box and the bottom of the scene inside is no longer glued down but it is in very good condition.  The glue is just not sticky anymore and is undetectable unless you turn it on its side or upsidedown so do that carfully.
