It is impossible to overstate how pretty and utterly interesting this variety of primula is.  Mixed shades of red, purple, brown, yellow, buff and white, all with contrasting eye.  Robust plants. The lacy flowers have a long and illustrious history, appearing in 16th century english herbals. Plant these spring bloomers in drifts a primrose path in a moist shady spot. The 10 inch tall plants request partial shade  and wet soil.
