This listing is for a BRAND NEW set of four (4) Birthday Party Hats Placemats by COUNTER ART.

Each placemat measures 17 inches by 11 inches.  They have brightly colored party hats and stars and say IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY.  They are made of Decofoam plastic for easy care.

Shipping

I usually ship by Priority mail. Occasionally, I will ship by parcel post or first class rate. Please check the listing for the actual shipping methods offered. All items are shipped out within one to two days of receiving cleared payment. I will combine the shipping costs on multiple item wins.
