Payment is required within 3 days of the end of the auction, or use“Buy Now”option.

Any auction winners that have not been paid for within 4 days will be reported to as a Cancel Order.

We process shipments within 1 business day after receiving cleared funds, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

We do NOT process orders on weekends, or US major holidays.

We do NOT ship to international destinations.

Our shipping is provided thru USPS shipping services.

Items purchased thru will only be shipped to/PayPal confirmed addresses within the Continental United States.

You are responsible for confirming your address information is up to date and correct with/PayPal at the time of purchase.

ALL of the packages are NOT set for Delivery Confirmation Signature Required.

If you want a signature requirement for your package, Please let us know prior to paying. We will add a Fee charge on the invoice in the shipping section and send you the new invoice, this charge covers the cost that USPS charges for this service.

Tracking information will be added to the order upon the item being shipped from our facility.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, Please hold the item, packaging, and contact us immediately thru messaging. All shipping claims must be approved by the carrier before a refund can be issued.

Local pickup is Not available

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We kindly ask that you contact us directly (via messaging) and allow our customer service team to resolve the issues.

Please contact us thru via messaging BEFORE opening a case against us which will only delay the return/refund process. Please note that if you send us a message thru messaging on a day that is not a business day (Saturday/Sunday/major holidays) you will not get a response until the next business day.

Buyer Can return the item to us, for any reason within 30 days of the item delivered.
