Acrylic Brazil Rural Landscape Painting Brasil
Painting is in great condition as displayed in the photo gallery.
Painting is framed and measures 28" by 20" inches.
Born in Curitiba, he began to give vent to his vocational impulses at the age of eight, when for the first time he reproduced a landscape in watercolor.
At thirteen years old, his works started to be done in oil and since then the art has been constant in his life. Self-taught, he started opting for acrylic paint, with which he portrays and identifies himself, mainly with regional themes. His canvases have been reaching great public acceptance, not only in Brazil but also among tourists from other countries such as the United States, Canada, Holland, Germany and Japan, where most of his works are taken. In 1972, he held his first solo exhibition in Ponta Grossa, when he sold all the canvases on display.
Since then, the acceptance of his paintings has grown to the point where today there are more than six thousand canvases spread throughout our city.
Horst Schnepper is a licensed professor of letters and has taught for 30 years, alongside the fine arts. In 1996, he founded the Horst Schnepper Art Gallery, which became the main selling point for his works.
