Four Musicians


Graciela Rodo Boulanger's original lithograph, displaying Four Musicians is printed on wove paper and with full margins as published around 1970. This impression is signed by the artist in pencil along the lower right corner. Four Musicians is printed in four colors, significant portions of the lithograph are raised printed and embossed to lend a three dimensional quality to the image. Here, the artist depicts musicians playing one string instrument, the violin, and three wind instruments, a flute, a saxophone, and what appears to be a copper post horn, also known as a coaching horn. This original lithograph is a superb, original example of the graphic art created by the 20th century Bolivian artist, Graciela Rodo Boulanger.
